Services
No'squito Pest Solutions provides residential and commercial pest control services in Oakland County, Michigan and surrounding areas. Our services include mosquito control, general pest prevention, and wasp and hornet nest treatment and removal. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and local conditions.
Service results may vary depending on environmental factors such as weather, property conditions, pest population levels, and surrounding land use. While we strive for effective pest reduction, we do not guarantee complete elimination of pests. If you are not satisfied with a treatment, contact us and we will schedule a follow-up visit at no additional charge, as described in our service guarantee.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon inspection of the property. Final pricing may vary based on property size, pest type, severity of infestation, and treatment plan selected. We will communicate any changes in pricing before performing services.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Prepay and seasonal plans are available and subject to their own terms as communicated at the time of purchase. Prepay discounts apply only when payment is received in full before the first scheduled treatment.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We will make reasonable efforts to provide service on the scheduled date and within the communicated time window. Weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations of prepaid seasonal plans may be subject to a prorated refund based on services already rendered.
Property Access & Preparation
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property that require treatment. This includes securing pets, removing obstacles from treatment areas when possible, and informing us of any hazards, property restrictions, or special conditions (such as fish ponds, beehives, or organic gardens) before service begins.
No'squito Pest Solutions is not liable for damage to items left in treatment areas that were not disclosed prior to service.
Health & Pet and kid friendlyty
Our products are selected for effectiveness and environmental safety. We use treatments that are safe for families, children, and pets when applied as directed. You will receive information about any recommended precautions following treatment, such as allowing treated areas to dry before re-entry.
If you or any household members have specific chemical sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions that may be affected by pest control treatments, please inform us prior to service so we can select appropriate products.
